Pros: -very close to the hagia Sofia and Blue mosque. -You have a beautiful view of the blue mosque from the terrace, I can imagine it would be beautiful to sit there and eat breakfast in the summer. -clean towels and bedding -The house keeping were super friendly and ready to help and front of house were really welcoming too. -Close to tram and metro lines -24 hour shop literally 1 minute walk - front of house are present 24 hours a day Cons: - we were on the ground floor and it was quite noisy at night when some guests had come back from nights out - quite noisy from traffic in the morning as the hotel is situated on a street - very small room - small shower area - fridge did not work - breakfast was bare minimum so don’t expect much (no bread just baguettes sliced up to toast and eat as you please, standard salads and cereal) If I was on a budget, I would book this hotel again for the sheer fact that it’s close to everywhere we needed to go and we didn’t spend much time at the hotel at all. For £30 a night it was a bargain!

Dirty and noisy

I stayed in this hotel in November 2023. Our twin room was not very clean - bedding and towels were fine, but the windowsill, lights and bathroom could have been a lot better (for example, lumps of soap stuck to the skink that had not been cleaned off). The shower did not work well and noise from the corridor was bothersome. Staff appeared friendly but pressured us to take meals and trips with their business acquaintances. Location and price ok, but I would not return.

Not a good experience. The hotel did not provide the service to the quality explained. We booked through Bookings.com but there was no complaints process. It was take it or leave it without refund so we did guzara :) Terrible wifi facilities. I mean who can live without wifi nowadays. Its like trying to breath without oxygen. I wouldn't recommend it to my next 3-generations. Funny enough... There was 2 containers which for 6-days we thought was coffee - we found out by the third-party it was cereal. Stay alert everyone. If you're planning a holiday, plan NOT to go here. If there was a "not to go list", this hotel will be on the top.

I wholeheartedly believe that you would solely regret you decision to visit this hotel which you hopefully do not chose as did I. Initially, I was greeted with no Wi-Fi which was a reoccurring issue throughout my stay and a situation which has been very strange to me in all my years of traveling across the globe (mostly Pakistan) and one which I have never thought I would ever see to be so prominent in this extremely technology advanced day and age. Soon after I decided to freshen up, however much to my dismay the overhead shower was not operable and I was forced to use an extremely miniature shower head which looked much better as a bidet/lota. In addition to these problems me a regular human trying to enjoy my holiday realised that as described the hotel had neither ironing facilities nor the fitness suite they claimed to provide which was apparently closed due to covid 19 which seems to have disappeared in the UK (and around the world) since the very peculiar work events (parties) of Boris Johnson who has also disappeared. But this is not the case in this particular hotel. Lastly, the washing facilities were terrible and my laundry came back with a very bizarre smell which leaves me bewildered as I never apprehended this to be possible in the case of a laundry that had just been ‘washed’. To conclude I as you ancestor in this situation and trip advisor am advising you to not ever stay at this hotel even as the last resort in the entire of Istanbul. You’d much rather buy at tent and follow in Ottoman tradition.

Convenient for all main attractions. Staff were so friendly and helpful there was nothing that they wouldn't do to make your visit more enjoyable. Absolutely loved the terrace for evening drinks. Clean and good value for money.
